Read Woke - Now through February 28 Cicely Lewis, School Library Journal's School Librarian of the Year for 2020, created the “Read Woke Challenge” to prompt her young readers to embrace diversity and social consciousness and her students say she changed their lives. This Beanstack Challenge expands beyond just young readers and promotes reading diverse titles to all ages! Anyone who earns five activity badges (and/or 20 points) will be entered to win a Target gift card. If you complete the entire challenge (all ten activity badges) you will be entered a second time. |

Award Nominees Reading Challenges - Now through March 10 Help choose the best books for students in Missouri!
Register your students to read with us as a part of the Missouri Association of School Libraries 2020-2021 Reader's Awards. Students age 6 all the way through 12th grade can read from a list of nominated books that represent the best current youth literature available for their grade levels. Then, students can vote for their choice of the best book published at their level!
After voting, students will be entered for a chance to win a $20 gift card, and can keep on reading more nominees for additional chances to win!

1000 Books Before Kindergarten - Ongoing The concept is simple, the rewards are priceless. Read 1,000 books with your little learner before kindergarten.
